For over a year, Porsche has been testing an updated 2024 Cayenne prototype in the wild. This week, the automaker confirmed it will debut in the spring and said it would make tweaks to the powertrain, chassis and interior, as well as introduce new styling.
2024 Rolls-Royce Wraith Prototype
Although the massive electric coupe has already been shown, Rolls-Royce is still testing prototypes of the Specter. In recent tests, the prototype was subjected to temperatures as high as 122 degrees.

Genesis is also testing a coupe version of its GV80. The regular GV80 mid-size SUV competes with the BMW X5 and Mercedes-Benz GLE-Class, so it’s only natural that Genesis would want to replace the coupe versions of those vehicles.

The redesigned 2024 Ford Mustang is finally arriving in showrooms this summer, and the range will include a new track-focused variant called the Dark Horse. This week, Ford showed off the full range of customization options that will be available on the 500-horsepower steed, one of which is carbon fiber wheels.

2024 Toyota Highlander
The 2023 Chicago Auto Show kicks off this week, where Toyota will debut the 2024 Grand Highlander. The three-row midsize SUV hits showrooms later this year with up to eight seats and three powertrain options, two of which are hybrids.

2024 Volkswagen Atlas
Volkswagen used the Chicago Auto Show to debut its updated 2024 Atlas. Gone is the old VR6 V-6 engine, leaving a 2.0-liter turbo-4 as the sole powertrain offered in the SUV.

Hennessey H700 Chevrolet Corvette Stingray
Finally, Hennessey introduced a supercharger upgrade for the C8 Chevrolet Corvette Stingray that boosts output to 708 hp, or more than the Corvette Z06’s output. Hennessey is also preparing a twin-turbo upgrade for the Corvette that the company says will deliver up to 1,200 horsepower.
